Happy Belated 4th of July!

Happy Belated 4th of July, everyone! My parents left back for Ohio on July 3. Here is a picture we took before they headed out the door. My mom bought Kent a "baby's 1st 4th" bib, which he is modeling in this picture. I just threw this festive scarf on over my plain t-shirt for this picture.

We went to Billy & Paula's pool to swim for the afternoon on the 4th. Here is a pic of what Kent did pretty much the entire time we were there....sleep. I'm slowly but surely getting him transitioned to the correct day/night routine. But in the late afternoon, it is a struggle to keep the little guy awake!

To hear him out at the pool, we used the baby monitor that Aunt Kay gave Paula....it was a fancy monitor with a TV screen where we could see Kent out at the pool. Needless to say, he didn't make one peep all afternoon!

Enjoying the warm pool on the 4th. Very relaxing!
