Happy late Halloween, everyone! I can't believe it's already November...where did October go? Time has been flying by, at a very scary pace.
This past week everyone in transplant at work dressed up in 50's/Grease costumes for the annual fall festival. Since I was in Grease in high school and already had a pink ladies jacket left over from my costume in high school, I had a pretty easy costume. Kent wore a pumpkin onesie to daycare the day of the fall festival.

On Saturday night, we had the grandparents (yes, that is you Billy & Paula), aunt & uncle, and great-grandparents over to see Kent in his costume. He was a pea pod, which is highly appropriate for the child of a dietitian! (Thanks again, Jen, for letting me borrow this costume!)

We enjoyed a yummy fall meal of beef vegetable soup, cornbread, and pumpkin pie...yum! Then we played games while handing out candy to trick-or-treaters that came by our place that night.
We didn't get adventurous & go out around the neighborhood this year, but I have a feeling it will be different in the years to come as Kent gets older & figures out how much he likes candy.

What a cutie! (Talkin' about Kent, of course ;)
Love the pink lady jacket. May need to borrow that some day. :-)
